Practice tests are a foundation of efficient test preparation (the Test-Teach-Test method). To be effective, the practice test system must:
be able to deliver a realistic experience (with content and the test-taker interface),
be able to analyze student weaknesses,
be able to inform the educator as to how to correct student mistakes.
ScoreNexus TOEFL practice tests were built to be the best in these areas.

All of our TOEFL practice tests are fully graded. Typically, tests are graded by our expert ScoreNexus graders.
However, you can earn an extra discount on tests you purchase if you grade the tests yourself.

If eligible, you may access our ScoreNexus Grading System to guide you through the grading process. (There are four Speaking Tasks and two Writing Tasks to be graded for each Full Test.)

Our "Sample Zip Test" is a mini-version of the TOEFL. It has all four sections of the TOEFL, but each section is much shorter than normal. These tests are provided free of charge, for two purposes:
First, you can use them as a marketing tool for prospective students.
Second, you can give them out so your students can gain a basic familiarity with how the TOEFL (and our system) works.
Note: Unlike with paid tests, the Speaking and Writing sections are usually not graded. Instead, Suggested Possible Answers are given.
(Reading and Listening sections are always automatically scored by our system.)
"Dashboards" are the screens you see after you log into our system. ScoreNexus can support all levels of educators, from the independent tutor to large schools, through different Dashboard levels.
Different dashboards will have different functions, depending on the level of the user:
Teacher Dashboard: This is the basic dashboard for an individual educator. You can look at the Score Reports of your students and grade their tests. This is what users of the Free Plan receive.
Admin Dashboard: This is the highest-level dashboard. An Admin dashboard can do everything a Teacher Dashboard can do, as well as create other user accounts to be used in your organization (Student, Teacher and Grader), assign practice tests to students, and create classes. This is what users of the Silver and Gold Plans receive.

"White-labelling" means that your logo or brand is placed prominently on our ScoreNexus platform.
On any Silver or Gold Plan, the dashboard for all your users will be white-labelled with your name/logo. Further, whenever any one of your students is taking a TOEFL practice test, all test pages will similarly be white-labelled with your name/logo.

You receive a Custom Login Page when you sign up for a Gold Plan. In addition to your name, logo and color scheme, this page can have special instructions or other customized content. Here is an example:
Yes. If you are unhappy for any reason with our Silver or Gold Plan, please let us know within the first thirty (30) days, and we will refund your money—less the retail cost of any tests used.
In addition, we also have a money-back guarantee on any Additional Tests you might have purchased.
Yes. You may switch from Silver to Gold at any time—We will give you prorated credit towards the cost of the new Gold Plan.
You may switch from Gold to Silver within the first thirty (30) days—We will refund the difference in price between Gold and Silver Plans, less the retail price of any tests used.
